Chainsaw Chain Sharpening
I can sharpen any length and size. I use a standard round grind and will adjust the angle of the grind to match your specific chain manufacturer.
After I get your chain sharpened it will cut better than new.
Up to and including 28” $10
Anything over 28” $15
I am located at approximately 8 Mile and Middlebelt in Livonia.
If you have 10 or more chains and are within 10 miles I will pick up and drop off for free. If you are a Tree Service or Lawn Care Service and will need sharpening on a regular basis than we can work out a schedule for me to pick up dull chains and drop off freshly sharpened chains that works for you.
Slab and Cookie Flattening and Finshing
I can flatten and finish you slab or cookie.
I can flatten up to a 48 inch by 48 inch square on my custom built flattening machine. The price is $7 per square foot per side, this also includes sanding the piece up to 80 grit. There is a $2 extra charge if the piece has epoxy in it to cover the added disposal fees of the waste.
I can also finish your slab or cookie as well. I sand up through 320 grit on all sides then apply Odie’s Oil original to the entire piece. The price for finishing averages $10 per square foot per side without doing any flattening but can vary depending on the amount and type of work needed. I can finish any size slab that you have.
If you are located within 10 miles of me than I can pick up and drop off your slab or cookie for free (I have a pickup truck). If you are outside of the 10 mile limit than It will be $1 per mile extra.
Small Batch CNC work
We offer small batch production CNC services. If you need 10 parts or 100 parts we can help you out.

Lawn Mower blade sharpening and balancing
I can sharpen and balance most any style of Lawn Mower blade for $8
